Dating back to 1956, This old factory building is the adaptive use of the oldest weaving mill in Istanbul. The property comprises a campus of 3 brick buildings set on 10 acres in the rapidly expanding neighborhood of Istinye bay, just north of Istanbul. The programs consists of 4,500 square feet of Class A office. Fully designed, permitted, constructed and managing under our portfolio. The project is completed in 2016.
